MVP Validation - The objective is to develop a first version of the solution, with at least the key function being performed, in a pilot project.

Solution improvement - The startup's solution is not always perfectly suited to your company's needs, is it? In this relationship format, the startup adapts its initial product to meet a specific company pain, often changing its core business.
Commercial Partnership - In the case of commercial partnership, the company can offer the startup solution to its customer base, complementing its portfolio, or vice versa. There are different forms of partnership: referral, commercial representation or even integrating the solution.
POC validation - In this type of project, the startup validates the concept of its solution together with the retailer. It does not involve any kind of auxiliary tool or line of code, the aim being to validate if the value proposition solves a pain for the company. The objective being to answer two questions: "does the startup solution solve the company's pain? (technology)" and "Is it worth developing this solution? (market and viability)"
CO-Development: Some challenges are too complex to be carried out unilaterally. In Co-Development, the company and the startup work together, each bringing their expertise, whether to solve a problem or build something new. In this type of project, it starts with an existing technology where the startup, together with the company, develops a new innovative solution. The new solution has shared intellectual property, generating revenue for both.
